General WIPs

I can't even begin to comment on all the pure awesome above this post.
I've gotten a little better at making guns with some practice, so here's a railgun sniper rifle I think I've finished:

I really like those tooth pieces along the top of the barrel. I'll have to find other places to use them...

Yes it is a M.E.T.E.O.R. unit... paraphraser, if you will. Saying knock-off just sounds degrading.

I HAVE RETURNED to the world of Lego mechaneering. I have a WIP in the works... But I'm not going to show you just yet. I will give you a hint as to what kind of mech I'm going for, though. Does "Fenix" ring any bells?

I am pretty much done with Sylphion's ESIONE V-A Malheur.  The ONLY thing that I do not like is how the head does not fold away or something.  The head will have to stay "as is" in order to fit a minifig, which is important.  Here are a few photos:

A Combined Overboost Mobile Enhanced Thruster unit (COMET) will also be made that is compatible with both ESIONE V units.  It will share many attributes with the VOB and METEOR units from Armored Core and Gundam SEED, respectively.

Looks awesome! Bwt why don't you change the head desing for something more aerodynamic or slimmer, like some armored core heads tend to look like.

Since the whole MOC belongs to Sylphion I tried to change as little as possible with the looks.  The head shares the same basic structure with his other ESIONE units, so it makes sense to keep it basically the same.  When I hand the file back over, he can change it if he wants.  I admit that in flight mode it does look a tad out of place, but it looks fine in mech mode. If the head is the only area of improvement that you can pick out, I will take that compliment. Thank you.

It's just that I'd choose a different design for a transforming unit like this, so I only asked because you had problems with it before.

I thought about using a different design but I decided to leave it since I could not figure out a good way to make the head fold in. Or fold away. Or something...

Sylphion lives! I am putting on some final touches on the Malheur and then it will be completed. This thing called "real life" and "reality" has delayed the process.

Take your time, man. I've been incredibly negligent on MOCs for the past few months and have just started working on them.

I have a new mech in the works. And by "In the works" I mean I do a little work on it every now and then. this will be my first mech built completely from scratch without anyone's help.

Can't wait to see it posted, Rich!

Awesome photo editing job!

I am working on updating the Liberty Gundam with Mythril's updated frame and new Heavyarms and Strike parts. The head has been changed to resemble an Astray's head. I "borrowed" the rifle from Sylphion's newest creation since it resembles Unicorn's Beam Magnum. The left hand now has one of Heavyarms's Beam Gatling Guns, which will mount a grapling claw to the side of it. It will function similarly to the grapling claw from Strike/Blitz, but will shoot out a Bald Eagle instead. The main body is completed, now I just need to update my awesome Wing Zero EW wing design. I like the sub wings and will make them studless, but I will need to do some work on the main wings. I will post pics of it at some point.
After that I need to put the finishing touches on Sylphion's Malheur. I will probably do three different versions of it. One will be true to the original design, one will be studless, and another will have frame improvements. After that I will work on the "Blacktron Rises" series. The first episode might be a sort of prologue that shows Twitch (the head of Nacho Enterprises) receiving word on Blacktron's actions, then the first true episode will show Blacktron making various attacks, which will be set to the tune of "Invasion of the Gabber Robots" by The Laziest Men on Mars. Yes, all your base are belong to us.
