Stick through to the end, it gets a bit quiet during the later part of the middle, but then comes back awesomely.

Oh, I already know that one without even listening. Got the intro piano part down and I'm trying to learn the rest. 9.5/10.
Back to orchestral, shall we?
Mmm... Dat emotion.
Also Howard Shore's face at 1:43.

Love it, to me the music in The Hobbit is far better than in the other movies. 9/10
This was my favourite piece of music from LU. I would go to Elephant Escarpment just to listen to this music. xD It may not be to some of your tastes, but meh. Ausome sauce at 1:20.

THat was great! Nice and catchyand awesomesauce indeed! 10/10!
ANd now, Just to make Forte mad, Some Slow, Ponderous, Orchestral Music (And one of my personal favorites):
The slide guitar in this one just fits so well with the rest of the soundtrack.
Anyone who didn't play BL1 before playing BL2 missed out on so much. Like the music in the Arid Nexus. And the Arid Nexus: Badlands area. I can't even tell you how awesome it was turning the corner and seeing Fyrestone and where the first Catch-A-Ride station used to be. Brb. Gonna go start a new BL1 character.

Retroactively rating Jak's last post. That's the sort of alt stuff I can get down with - 10/10.
As for Klushots, I had to judge the song on its own merits and ignore the radio play it got as well as its incessant use in other media. Sans popularity, it gets at least an 8/10. Not bad, but Jak brought the jams and I am all about them jams.
Have some Gnarls Barkley. Cee Lo Green is going to beat you upside the head with his jam.

I can't really say less than 10/10 for that. xD
Another one of my favourites from a long while ago, again, perhaps not to your tastes, but *shrug*
Have you not heard of Jimi Hendrix? Honestly, I thought that version was terrible by comparison. Sorry, but 4/10. It just can't match the original for me.

10/10 Corey Taylor's voice is amazing and he CAN sing, not just scream and shout!
Well, forgive me for being human. Well forgive me for being human. Well forgive me for being human. WELL FORGIVE ME FOR BEING HUMAN.
Now that that's over with, Would somebody please remind me again why I hate metal? Oh, yeah. You just did. I'll give it a 4/10. I've actually heard worse.

Jimi didn't write it, he just performed a cover. That's Bob Dylan, guy. And Richie, don't be hatin' bro. :[
As for Richie's most recent selection, I'll drop an 8/10 because the violinist has a solid technique. Still not my bag but I have mad respect for string artists.
In the meantime, have some Psapp. These guys are a lot of fun. Alt classical/electronica is a neat little subgenre where all the experimentation and conceptual stuff happens (remember when I posted the Ristorante Mixtape).

Allow me to clarify some things.
1st, @Thomas: Don't you dare try to blame that on me! Seriously though, there's a reason I prefer Stone Sour to Slipknot. Most people can scream semi-intelligibly, but it takes more skill to be able to have a voice that good. Plus I never got the whole masks and numbers and "we're a product" thing. When did it stop being just about the music?
2nd, @Rich (and everyone, really), if any offense was taken by my comment, don't do that. Whenever I do things like that, it's just me being a goofball. Nothing I say like that will ever be as a personal offense. Ever. I'm not that guy. That was, however, my honest opinion on that particular song.
3rd, @Forte, as everyone knows Bob Dylan is the guy who writes those great songs that everyone covers and ends up doing a better job at. Well, except the BSG version, IMO.
Now some song-related shtuff:
I actually quite enjoyed that. Like you said, it felt "fun." For some reason I was reminded of a clockwork shop. Which reminded me of that one Doctor Who episode that the quote in my sig is taken from. Which reminded me of why I'm afraid of broken clocks. But I digress. 9/10.

Jak, you never seem to fail to bring a certain level of... um... weirdness... to this thread. 7/10 because it's not really my type of music and also the midget was totally wearing a hat.

Hey, is it the forum censoring the word a** or a mod? I'd like to think we're all mature enough to take "crazy a**". =/
Edit: yah, it's the forum.

The wierdness in this thread just went through the roof. 7/10.
And I agree, Jak. We're all mature enough for arses and all that shiz.
Anyhow, now that Andrew and I have partyed our arses off, Its time for something more relaxing:

Blurgh, I've been meaning to rework the censors.

I've actually been wondering what language is acceptable here. I'm guessing somewhere around PG-13 or so? IMO that's really the lowest you can expect from the Intarwebz because of COPPA and whatever it says about having to be 13 years old or something. I dunno specifics. Ask your mom about it.
I totally did not edit this post to include a rating of 9.5/10. Nope. Not at all.
So, you want to hear another song, eh? One where the very fate of Klushots' reputation hangs in the balance? If not, too bad - I'm playing it anyway.
Had this song stuck in my head all day...

Yeah, around PG-13. I changed the censor filters so now damn and ass are uncensored, and anything above that gets the little asterisk thingies through the majority of the word, so it will make sense in context if needed, but still censors the word.
Anyway, carry on with the thread! Richie's tune still needs a rating, as does yours.
