I'm still around every now and then. Moderators gotta moderate.
Nice design! Much better than any of my current projects since none of them actually exist in LDD in any reasonable sense. The few times I actually HAVE been on LDD lately, I've been working on a full-sized ship based on this bad boy from a community gunship competition for the upcoming game "Star Citizen" (sadly, it didn't win):
My progress at this point could be generously described as "nonexistent."

Nifty. I wonder... Would anyone happen to have an LXF of Chunkblaster's Titan II? I'd like to compare some of my mechs to it. Chunkblaster, If you yourself are reading this, do you still work with legos anymore?

Hola people! I caught Jak posting stuff on MOCpages and decided to give this place a check. Looks like it still exists after all!
So I'm still alive. Gonna be starting college in a month though, and I'll be pretty busy up to and presumably during college, so I might not be able to stick around much.
But maybe I can still get some stuff done and post some things on MOCpages for everyone. (Though admittedly I'm not a huge fan of how long MOCpages takes- or at least used to take- to post things)
I unfortunately haven't built many Mechs since last appearing. As far as completed Mechs go I've only got one, a small hardsuit based off Chunk's old Rhino hardsuit, though I've got another pair of mostly-completed Taurus variants if that counts for anything (I mainly did them just to try some new camo designs). Then I've got like 2-3 WIPs in the works.
The Grizzly's my next attempt at a hardsuit. Still based somewhat on a Chunk model (particularly the legs, and the guns/arms were inspired by the Pterosaur) because I'm still too lazy/incompetent to make original stuff. Also inspired slightly by this, especially the retractable arms: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Finally an original Mech! ...No, not quite. This one's a veeery old idea I've had: for a super-light, very short Light Mech based off this obscure walker from Star Wars: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Construction-wise it actually is pretty original, with the exceptions of the lower legs (based off Chunk's Jesters) and the upper legs (styled from Brian Kescenovitz's Mechs). It's also one of the shortest Mechs I've ever built. That's as tall as it's supposed to get in those pictures, and it's already shorter than even my older Foa. But we'll see how things play out. The cockpit has me kinda daunted at the moment, so it might get revised a bit (and taller) before it's finished.
This one's not really a Mech per se, so much as a big automated robot/droid/drone combat walker, but I thought I'd include it anyway since there's basically nothing else for me to show off right now. All I've got is a leg and a big set of missiles I had fun piecing together. Probably anti-ship "all-purpose" LRTMs or something, in case it happens to bump into an MBS or a heavily-fortified city or something. The leg design turned out nicely, though the articulation is a bit odd, and due to its design I have the strange complication of needing it to attach them at 45-degree angles to the body or else suffer from a constricted range of motion. We'll see how that goes. I'm also parting from my CBMC-Classic-style construction (coughplagiarismcoughcough) and instead trying out a Maschinen Krieger look. I've never tried anything like that, so chances are it won't look anything like a Ma.K build, but maybe it'll turn out.
Anyway, uhh... yeah. How's everyone else doing?

I've unfortunately sort of given up on The Elite Mechaniers. My motivation to build mechs comes from everyone else's activity, and no one else has been active. Other than that, Life is good.

I've recently had a stroke.
Of inspiration, that is. And that may lead to (dun dun dunn!!) activity. Stay tuned. Maybe. a remake of the Thunderstryke might come out of this.

I think you know it well, an artifact left to us by the great Chunkblaster.
the "Titan MkII"
Modified though, with massive missile packs, offset plate armor on the arms, drone launcher cylinders on the back, and hydraulic covers on the legs.
Blasphemy maybe , but it look the part though.
Also, "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!" I actually put that there get a response, you had asked if anybody had the file a while back.
update: I also have the original file as well So if you want it, shoot me a PM with an email address and I'll send it your way.
You're the worst and the best at the same time. thanks a million!
EDIT: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I think Chunk would like it.

Insane that its been over a year since I've been on here. No idea why I'm posting, although this forum does give a deep sense of reminiscence. My discord name is bric#7280 if anyone wants to talk about the good ol' days or anything else.

...Well hello there! Thought I'd pay this dusty corner of the internet a visit.
I'm still alive and kickin', and even still build (though the rate at which I churn out new stuff is even slower than Chunkblaster's back when he still built).
I haven't set foot on MOCpages in forever. Instead, I've migrated over to Flickr and a sci-fi community I got involved with off of Lego's LU Creation Lab and the ol' Message Boards. Here's the Flickr end, for those interested: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I still build Mechs, but not nearly as often, and most of my effort goes into microscale warships instead. Having said that, I've still built a few. Here's my latest Mech, which I finished back in March:
So yeah, I'll just leave this post here. *Drops sensor beacon in the deep reaches of space, for other travelers to perhaps stumble upon...*
Also, I notice you guys have been looking for Chunk's stuff. Sadly the DbM gallery shut down and I didn't get very much of what was there, which I regret a ton, but I've still got a couple things. -AEGAKS Demigog (I know it's on MOCpages, but better safe than sorry): [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Armadillo Artillery Mech: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Taurus Mechs (Both of them. Technically recolored): [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Goliath MBS: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Grey Wolf MBS: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -All three Jester Light Mechs: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Pterosaur Heavy Mech: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Titan I Superheavy Mech: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Titan II Superheavy Mech: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Titan II disassembled: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Not much, but I think that covers a lot of his best work, at least.

Wow, a response this fast! Surprising! (What's not surprising? With Mecho, 5 minutes could save you 15% or more on Mech insurance!)
Thanks. And for once, it's actually not a poorly-made clone of one of Chunkblaster's Mechs. (Though I still use his CBMC colors and a lot of the same techniques. I don't think I'll ever grow out of that)

Ah man, it's been... it's been a while...
I can't tell what year these last posts are from, but after finding out LDD was getting its download page dropped this month, I went on a short trip that brought me back around to here. If anyone's still around after this last half-decade then hey! Can't say I'll be around much, or that I'll have anything worthwhile to share, but I'll try to stop by every now and then just to check up on the Ol' Girl.
Edit: I've looked back a few posts and noticed that Bryce posted his Discord, so I'll do the same: Klushots#2661 I might even start up a server there since it's a lot more convenient and low-maintenance, but only if there's enough interest.
